Tickets?

Buy TICKETS online or from a guide at the trolley. Tours do sell out and we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance. Prices subject to change.

Start and end location?

Tours start/end OUTSIDE the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Downtown, 275 Baker St NW, Atlanta 30313 (Trolley stand is outside of Dos Bocas restaurant).

How early should I arrive for the tour?

Trolley boarding begins 20 minutes before the scheduled departure tour time.

Parking?

Valet and self parking are available at the hotel. Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Downtown, 275 Baker St NW, Atlanta 30313.

Public transit?

Rideshare and taxi service will bring you directly to the pickup location. Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Downtown, 275 Baker St NW, Atlanta 30315.

Length?

The Trolley tour is 1.5 hours.

Reschedule?

All sales are final. Guests may not join the tour after the trolley departs.

Get off the trolley?

This is not a hop-on/hop-off tour.  There is only one stop along the tour route. We have a 10 minute stop at the Martin Luther King National Park. Dress weather appropriate.

Seating?

General seating is on a first-come first-served basis. Joint seating is not guaranteed.

Wheelchair access?

The trolley does not have wheelchair accessibility.

Kid friendly?

All ages are welcome. Recommended for ages 6 and older. All kids that occupy a seat must have a PAID ticket.

Restroom?

There are no bathrooms on the trolley or restroom breaks. Please go before checking in at the trolley.

Tipping?

Tour guides appreciate tips for a job well done.

Language?

Tours are in English.

Audio/video recording?

Audio and video recording are not permitted without express written consent

Cancellation?

Tours may be canceled by the operator for any reason, including weather or safety.

Group tours?

Drinks?

Alcohol, food and drinks are not allowed on the trolley. Non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed off of the trolley.

Does the Trolley operate in the rain?

Yes. The Trolley operates in the rain. However, if there are flash flood warnings or other inclement weather that may be a hazard to our riders, we will not run.  In the case of an open air trolley, the Trolley has drop-down, see through rain curtains that shield our riders from the elements.
